There’s no good chocolate fix than this easy to make brownie.
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup chopped bournville(50% dark)
Preheat oven to 350f/175c.
Blend in butter,vanillas and sugar thoroughly 2-3 mins.
Blend in cocoa and stir thoroughly for another 2-3 mins
Add one egg at a time and blend thoroughly until you get a glossy chocolate sheen consistency.
Blend in baking powder,flour and salt and thoroughly mix in.
Add chocolate chips and chopped bournville.
Add a aluminium foil to your baking pain.spray butter or grease the foil with butter.
Add the batter into an 8 in or 9 in pan.
And cook in oven for 25 -30 mins.I baked only for 25 mins.insert a toothpick to check that it comes out clean.
Cool to room temperature 2-3 hours.Cool in fridge for 30 mins .Then cut them into squares
