Turkey Fried Rice

I made fried rice out of my leftover Turkey ,couldn’t think of a better way to use it.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup carrots diced
1/4 cup beans chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 green bell pepper diced
1/4 red bell pepper diced
1/4 cup celery/1 tsp celery seeds
1/4 tsp chili flakes (add as needed)
1 tsp pepper (add as needed)
1 tbsp Sira racha sauce (add as needed)
1 tsp garlic powder/2 cloves garlic minced.
1 cup rice
2 eggs
2 cups vegetable/Chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp pepper stir fry oil(can use ordinary oil too)
1 cup cooked turkey shredded

Procedure:
1)In a pan,add washed rice,broth,soy sauce,1 tsp oil and cool the rice until well done(this would be 15-20 minutes)
Once cooked put them on a plate and allow the rice to cool
2)In another pan heat stir fry oil,add onions ,garlic and peppers and cook until tender (3-5 minutes)
3)Add celery seeds, chili flakes,sri racha sauce and pepper and cook for a minute.
4)Add carrots ,beans,turkey,mushrooms and cook until well cooked.
5)Add eggs and keep whisking the mixture on medium to high heat until eggs are well cooked and well blended.
6)Now add the rice mixture little by little and mix with the turkey mixture.
Your fried rice is ready to be enjoyed.
