Grandma’s Easy Soy Chicken
I love anything which makes my work easy.
This chicken is extremely easy to make and hence is one of my to go recipes.
And it tastes awesome with fried rice.
1 lb boneless skinless chicken
1 1/2 tbsp -Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp chili powder
pepper&salt to taste
1/4 1 tbsp pepper stir fry oil(optional,use regular oil)
big yellow onion chopped.
1/8 cup of water.
1.Marinate all the Marinade ingredients together for an hour.
2.In a vessel,heat the pepper stir fry oil,add onions and sauté until well cooked.
3.Then add the marinade,1/8 cup of water and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
4.Additionally cook to get the desired semi gravy consistency.Easy ,Breezy and Done
